HAIR SALON REDO, FIX-UP & REFUND POLICY
At Hair Art Society, client satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide high-quality services and encourage clients to communicate any concerns regarding their results as soon as possible.
Redo / Fix-Up Appointments
- If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment.
- Where appropriate, we may offer a complimentary redo or fix-up appointment to address reasonable concerns related to the original service performed.
- Any redo or fix-up service must be assessed and approved by salon management and must be completed by our salon team.
- Redo or fix-up appointments are subject to availability and must relate to the original service provided. They do not include a change of mind, a request for a completely different style or colour, or issues caused by actions taken after leaving the salon.
Refunds
Due to the time, products and professional services provided, Hair Art Society does not provide refunds for change of mind orwhere a service has been completed as requested during the consultation.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Dissatisfaction where the service was completed as agreed during consultation
- Failure to follow aftercare advice
- Results affected by previous colour, home colouring, chemical treatments, medications, hair history, hair condition, or other factors not disclosed during consultation
- Issues caused by another salon, stylist, or at-home treatment after the appointment
- Dissatisfaction where a reasonable redo or fix-up appointment has been offered
- Our goal is to work with clients to achieve the best possible result, and we encourage clients to contact us promptly if theyhave any concerns.
